プローチダ島 6 Procida Island 6

コリンチェッラの浜にある食堂でいただいたのがウサギのプローチダ風。この島の名物だそうです。この小さな島で名物にするほどの量のウサギが取れたのかは疑問ですが。味は鶏肉のトマトソース煮に似てなかなか美味しいです。
One of the typical local dish of Procida is stewed rabbit. The taste of the meat is like chicken's one, and the source made from tomato is sour and sweet.  By the way, my question is that are there so many rabbits to eat in such small island?
